Okay, so I wanted to dig into some classic AJ Styles stuff, specifically his TNA run. I’ve been hearing about it for ages, and people always say it’s some of his best work. So, I decided to finally check it out.
First, I had to figure out where to even watch this stuff. It’s not like it’s on the usual streaming services. I did some searching around, and found out I needed to access some older TNA/Impact Wrestling content.
I started by going through some old pay-per-views. I mean, that’s where the big matches usually are, right? I found a bunch of matches from like, 2005-2010, which seemed to be a really hot period for AJ in TNA.
Digging into the Matches
- AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe vs. Christopher Daniels (Unbreakable 2005): This was the first one I watched, and holy cow! The hype was real. These guys were just flying around the ring, insane moves, near falls… I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I totally get why people rave about this match.
- AJ Styles vs. Kurt Angle (Various Matches): I found a bunch of their matches. These two had incredible chemistry. It was a total clash of styles – AJ’s high-flying versus Angle’s technical wrestling. Every match felt like a big deal.
- AJ Styles vs. Sting : Watching them match up was great.I loved see him going against Sting.
It was a bit of a process, jumping around different events, but it was worth it. I was blown away by how athletic and innovative AJ was, even back then. He was doing things that I still don’t see very often today.
I spent a good chunk of the day just watching these matches. I got totally sucked in. It’s easy to see why AJ Styles is considered one of the best. This TNA stuff is seriously awesome, and I definitely recommend checking it out if you’re a wrestling fan.
